Tarka Bhujia Recipe by Chef Arif Dawood in Daal Sabzi on Ary Zauq
Method of Tarka Bhujiacut slices of round brinjal
heat 1/2 bowl of oil in pan now add 1 pcs chopped onion 5-6 slices of
garlic cloves 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp mustard seeds 2 stick curry leaves
slices of 5-6 green chillies and make bhagar
now add sliced brinjal 2 chopped tomatoes and salt as required keep
simmer for 20 minutes or till brinjal soften garnish with green
coriander and serve
